From filaments to molded parts and particles

We process imported or client-supplied polymer resin for its intended application. Extrusion and drawing, mold-based forming, particle production and inspection lead to an agreed supply format.

Filament extrusion & drawing

Prepare the die and equipment for the resin and target diameter. Check the appearance and diameter of extruded and drawn filament before winding it onto bobbins. Additional tensile and elongation evaluations are agreed by material and application.

Tooling & precision molding

Review tooling against drawings and resin properties, then trial-mold. Trimming and any required conditioning precede visual and dimensional checks. Mold photographs from 2014 and a completed tooling-development record from 2021 document this work.

Microsphere manufacturing
