Purpose and minimum information
Business contact details and inquiry content received by email are used to answer product, document, distribution, export and development questions. Do not send patient identifiers, clinical images or unnecessary sensitive data.
Retention and requests

External content and logs
YouTube is contacted only after you choose to play an archived video. Hosting and security providers may process essential access logs such as IP address, browser information and access time.
Medical and regulatory information
Website content is general business information and does not replace an IFU, diagnosis, prescription or destination-market authorization. Current controlled labeling and records take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise, trademarks, text, drawings, images and catalogues belong to GLOONE or their lawful owners. They may not be copied, modified or distributed for advertising, tender, resale or regulatory use without prior written permission. External sites are governed by their own operators and policies.

Required fields are company, contact name, business email, country/market, product, inquiry type and message. Phone/messenger, expected volume and attachments are optional. You may refuse, but the inquiry form cannot be used; you may contact the official email with only the minimum information.
