Microspheres are normally spherical. Under research SEM, a sample with a deformed, ruptured shell showed the vitamin C particles inside.

We process resin from partners such as BMG (Japan), or resin specified by the client, into polymer filaments, 3D printing filament and particles. Clients use these products as raw materials for their own products.

Four processes from resin to product

All four processes run in GLOONE’s own plants. Each one makes the products listed below.

Particle forming & sizing
We form PLLA into spherical particles and sort them by size.
Makes: PLLA microspheres

Extrusion & drawing
We extrude resin into a thread, draw it and set its diameter.
Makes: Polymer filaments · 3D printing filament
03
Precision injection molding
We mold PLGA in precision molds.
Makes: Absorbable plates and screws

Freeze-drying
We freeze the microspheres and dry them under vacuum.
Makes: Freeze-dried microspheres
