Even with the same polymer, the development approach depends on particle size, form and supply format. We confirm the client’s application and formulation conditions, then define the required material specifications in detail.
These biodegradable polymer microspheres are manufactured to suit each development purpose. We advise on particle manufacturing, classification, freeze-drying and liquid supply.

RECOMMENDED PARTICLE RANGE
This is the recommended development range. Supplied particle size and distribution are agreed to the client’s specification; larger particles are reviewed separately.
SUPPLY FORMAT
Liquid ingredients for cosmetics are supplied as a dispersion that retains the particle form. The purified water and glycerin composition is agreed to the client’s formulation specification.
We confirm the particle size and form you need and develop to agreed specifications.
We advise on freeze-dried supply conditions suited to the client’s storage and use.
PLLA liquid ingredients for cosmetic development are supplied to your requested formulation specification.
Raw-material development and supply information. Cosmetic ingredients are neither finished cosmetics nor injectable medical devices.

We offer OEM/ODM development consultation to clients preparing their own products and brands. We review requirements from material selection to formulation, processing and manufacturing collaboration.

We review raw material specifications and processing conditions for PLLA microspheres and the target product form.
We define material, formulation and supply format, then discuss the development and manufacturing scope.
For topical cosmetics such as creams, we set the ingredient form and development direction to fit the formulation purpose.
OEM projects for PLLA microsphere products follow the steps below. At each step we agree part of the specification with you before moving on; timing and order can vary by product.
We review the product you plan, its target market and the timeline.
For the intended use we set the raw material, particle size, fill volume and sterilisation method.
We give a unit price based on the expected quantity.
We make samples and adjust the specification to your evaluation.
We decide the vial and packaging type and the label design.
We quote the confirmed specification and sign the contract together with a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
We file the product licence application for the contracted specification and provide the technical documents and test data you need for registration in your country.
Once the licence is granted, we produce to the contracted specification and ship with a certificate of analysis.
LET’S DEFINE WHAT’S NEXT
You can consult us without a finished specification. Send only the items below that are already decided, and we will outline what to review first.
Who handles development scope, outputs and regulatory documentation support is agreed for each project. Quantities, schedules and supply terms are communicated individually once the review is complete.
