The resulting bead-making experience developed into PLAFill Bead. The project evolved through review of the original requirements and equipment limitations.

Mask production equipment was manufactured and sold in response to the commission, extending material-handling experience into production machinery.

An upgrade project addressing production and operating conditions on a compact MB filter unit.
The work
Work included a new nozzle die and more uniform openings, coating to reduce clogging, belt material and pattern changes, plus a hopper and safety devices.
